3Brand and content

Put everything in one shared folder (Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud) and paste the link below. Include whatever you have:

Logo files (the highest quality you have)
Menu or service list with prices
15 to 30 photos and short clips: the space, products, team, customers (with their OK)
Packages, VIP tiers or specials you want promoted

Shared folder link

Brand colors or fonts (optional)

Domain you want (or the one you own)

Websites or pages you like the look of (optional)

4Account access

We'll email our invite address and Business ID after you submit.

Google Business Profile

In Google Business Profile: Menu → Business Profile settings → Managers → Add, then enter the email we send you, with the role Manager. If you don't have a profile yet, we'll create it with you.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

In Meta Business Suite: Settings → Partners → Add a partner, enter our Business ID, and give access to your Page, Instagram account and Ad account. If you don't have a Business Suite yet, we'll help you create one in your name.

Domain

If you already own one, invite us as a delegate user at your registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google/Squarespace). If not, we register it in your name.

Payments for deposits (Stripe or Square)

Deposits go straight to your own account. Invite us as a team member with limited access so we can set up payment links. We never see your bank details.

Other platforms (Apple Business Connect, Yelp, TikTok, booking apps)

5Customers and marketing

How do customers book or order today?

Do you already have a customer phone or email list?

Florida law requires written consent for marketing texts.

Promoters, DJs, partners or influencers who bring you customers (optional)

Is your business or any product age-restricted?

Affects which ads are allowed.
